Returns and Refunds Policies

Terms :
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request. Returns and refunds will only be considered in certain cases specified below:
- The print is incorrect (printing defects, bad design, etc.).
- The product does not match the order (size, color, etc.).
- The product is damaged (excluding damage due to transport or delivery).
Lost packages or delays due to the carrier are not our responsibility. Indeed, as soon as your order is taken over by the carrier, it is entirely responsible for the proper delivery of your order, you therefore become its customer. In the event of a dispute with the carrier, we will not be able to refund your order, you will then have to turn against the carrier.
Procedure:
For all return or refund requests, you must contact us by email at dimisis.shop@gmail.com explaining the nature of the request accompanied by the order number as well as one or more photos clearly demonstrating the reason for the latter. This way we will be fully able to decide what to do with your request.
